I led the complete UX for WattKarma from research through Figma prototyping and developer handoff. That included a component-based product card system with Featured, Mobile, and Desktop variants, a full enrollment flow through DocuSeal, and a formal tag/badge design system. HubSpot CRM handles email workflows and lead routing, while GA4 and GTM track every step of the conversion funnel. The interface prioritizes fast ZIP entry, scannable cards, and standardized pricing to help users choose a plan with confidence.
