WattKarma needed to convert shoppers in a market full of confusing rates and buried fees. I led the full UX from research through Figma prototyping and developer handoff — building a product card system with Featured, Mobile, and Desktop variants that makes comparing plans fast and honest. A complete enrollment flow through DocuSeal closes the deal. A formal badge and tag system helps users filter with confidence. GA4 and GTM track every conversion step; HubSpot handles lead routing and email follow-up. One goal from end to end: right customer, right plan, no friction.
